From January 5 to January 6, among the main chemical raw material products, 27 products rose, accounting for 25.00%; 48 products remained stable, accounting for 44.44%; 33 products fell, accounting for 30.56%.
The top three products that rose were butadiene, propylene glycol, and crude benzene, and their increases were 8.39%, 5.52%, and 3.37% respectively.
The top three products in terms of decline rate were liquid chlorine, acetone, and coal tar pitch (modified), with decreases of 21.05%, 5.69%, and 3.25% respectively.
The overall price of lithium carbonate continued to show a significant upward trend throughout 2022.
As of December 31, the domestic average price of industrial-grade lithium carbonate in China was RMB 504,000 per ton, up 89.47% from the average price of RMB 266,000 per ton on January 1, 2022.
On December 31, the average price of battery-grade lithium carbonate in China was RMB 525,000 per ton, up 86.17% compared with the average price of RMB 282,000 per ton on January 1.
