Sulfur: 5.9095 million tons
Phosphate rock (unmilled): 989,200 tons
NPK compound fertilizer: 728,500 tons
Ammonia: 312,500 tons
In July 2024, China imported the following quantities:
Sulfur: 720,500 tons
Potassium chloride (including pure potassium chloride): 736,900 tons
NPK compound fertilizer: 99,000 tons
Ammonia: 21,900 tons
Exports:
From January to July 2024, China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) exported a total of 15.68 million tons of various fertilizers, a year-on-year increase of 1.3%. Ammonium sulfate was the most exported fertilizer, with a cumulative export volume of 7.944 million tons.
In July 2024, the top five fertilizers exported by China were:
Ammonium sulfate: 1.4066 million tons
Diammonium phosphate (DAP): 511,800 tons
NP compound fertilizer: 260,800 tons
Monoammonium phosphate (MAP): 252,700 tons
Ammonium chloride for fertilizer: 111,900 tons
