From January to September 2024, China exported a total of 22.95 million tons of various fertilizers, a year-on-year increase of 1.3%. The total export value was USD $6.195 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 13.7%.

110,000 tons of NPK compound fertilizer
From January to September 2024, China imported a total of:
Potassium Chloride (KCl): 9.24 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 14.5%.
NPK Compound Fertilizer: 940,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 2.5%.
