  • 1.1 Where do our products originate?
    Our products originate mainly from China.
  • 1.2 Can you offer products from other countries?
    We can offer products from German production, provided that the product does not already have exclusive distribution agreements in the destination country, and the originating factory in the destination country does not have its own distribution companies. Additionally, the destination country must not be one affected by sanctions from the country of origin for the production countries or regions or by companies or individuals.
  • 1.3 Can you provide certificates of origin?
    We can currently provide certificates of origin for Germany and China.
  • 1.4 Can you provide samples?
    We are happy to provide samples for business customers interested in collaboration. Due to shipping conditions, samples are standardly not allowed to weigh more than a thousand grams. We can send samples to interested customers via express delivery to their door. However, to ensure the proper, legal, and safe use of the samples, we only accept requests from business customers and not individuals. This is because we cannot guarantee the legality of the use of samples by individuals, especially for hazardous goods.
  • 1.5 Are samples subject to a charge?
    Samples themselves are free, but due to the high shipping costs for international express delivery, the customer needs to bear the shipping costs for the samples. We guarantee that the samples match the technical reports for our described products. If a sample does not conform to the technical specifications provided by us, and sufficient evidence is provided, we offer a refund service for the shipping costs.
  • 1.6 Can products be customized?
    Our products meet the national or local industry standards of the manufacturing country as the minimum standard for production. For specific customer requirements, this needs to be discussed separately within the annual purchase volume. With a sufficient purchase volume to cover the costs of adjusting the production line, we accept requests for custom production, taking into account the quality of raw materials, technical standards, and available capacities.
  • 1.7 Is a factory evaluation/inspection possible?
    We offer factory evaluation and factory visit services, accompanied by professionals throughout the process. For patent-related confidential parts of the factory production, guided tours may be conducted depending on the situation. Additionally, we do not cover the costs of accommodation, meals, and transportation for visitors to avoid corruption and unfair competition.
  • 2.1 Where are the warehouses located?
    Our warehouses are currently all located in China. In addition to the factories' warehouses, we maintain warehouses with a capacity of more than 5000 cubic meters in the provinces of Sichuan and Shandong in China.
  • 2.2 Are there warehouses in Europe?
    Currently, there are no warehouses in Europe, but due to stable demand, we plan to set warehouses within the European Union in the coming years.
  • 2.3 Which ports are used for shipping?
    The shipping ports vary depending on the product type. Our main shipping ports are mainly concentrated in Chongqing Port (inland port), Tianjin Port (seaport), Shanghai Port (seaport), Nansha Port (seaport) and Qingdao Port (seaport).
  • Do you offer immediate delivery from stock? How long does Lead-Time of the products take?
    This depends on the specific goods. Regarding the production time, if the individual demand quantity is less than 500 tons, the production time is usually no more than one week. The delivery time is essentially influenced by three factors: Firstly, the type of product; non-long-storable products are usually produced on demand. Secondly, market-related factors; if a product is in a selling phase, orders need to be processed in the sequence received. Thirdly, regulations associated with the product; for example, some fertilizer products require approval from CIQ. In this case, one must wait for customs clearance before delivery can take place. For most products, we can guarantee delivery within ten working days. For specific regulations and Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for different products, you can contact us via email to plan the purchasing schedule for our customers reasonably.
  • 2.5 What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for products?
    The minimum order requirements vary depending on the product type. For higher-priced products and specific application scenarios, the minimum order quantity may be 1000 kg, while most products have a minimum order quantity of one 20GP FCL. Specific requirements for the minimum order quantity can be found in the product catalog through corresponding markings.
  • 3.1 What size and materials does the standard packaging have?
    Our standard packaging typically includes PP+PE bags, jute sacks, and wooden barrels for solid products. For liquid products, packaging includes plastic drums, ISO tanks, and IBC tanks. The packaging size for solid products includes 25 kg bags, 50 kg bags, 25 kg barrels, 1000 kg jumbo bag, 1100 kg jumbo bag, 1200 jumbo bag, 1250 jumbo bag, and 1300 jumbo bag. The packaging size for liquid products includes 35 kg barrels, 330 kg barrels, 1650 IBC, ISO tank, and 1600 IBC.
  • 3.2 Can the packaging be customized?
    Customized packaging is possible but must comply with the legal requirements of the exporting and importing countries regarding packaging labeling. Regarding custom packaging, the customer needs to provide the packaging design. The file formats can be AI, PSD, EPS, or SVG. If the file format is JPG, PNG, or PDF, please ensure that the image is clear. The costs for custom packaging mainly include manufacturing and printing. The manufacturing costs are one-time, while the printing costs vary depending on the quantity. It should be noted that the minimum order quantity for custom packaging is 150 tons.
  • 4.1 Who are the main target customers?
    Currently, we only accept purchases from companies, governments and organizations as legal entities and do not accept purchases from individuals.
  • 4.2 What terms of payment are accepted?
    Our payment terms are primarily geared towards businesses, not end consumers. We prefer to use bank transfers (T/T) and documentary letters of credit (L/C) as the primary payment methods and currently do not offer open account (OA) terms. For T/T payments, we accept: • 100% T/T in advance • 30% T/T in advance, balance against B/L (Bill of Lading). For L/C payments, we accept: • Sight L/C • Usance LC (30 days, 60 days) • Usance LC payable at sight Please note that when using T/T as the payment term, the trading partner can be Kelewell Trading GmbH, Chengdu Sunlite Technology Co., Ltd, or Chengdu Golden Raven Technology Co. Ltd. When using L/C, the trading partner can only be one of the latter two, due to restrictions by the issuing bank.   • 4.3 Which currencies are accepted?
    We currently accept US dollars, euros and renminbi/CNY as transaction currencies.
  • 5.1 Which certificates do the products have?
    Regarding the EU, we strictly adhere to the compliance requirements of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and provide the necessary REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) tonnage information. The provision is made approximately after determining the arrival time of the products and is sent to customers through the REACH 24 network platform system. The green labeling in our product catalog indicates that we have products in accordance with REACH.
  • 5.2 How is compliance with the products ensured?
    We have strict requirements for our suppliers and regularly verify the validity of our suppliers' product certificates. At the same time, we conduct regular product tests through external institutions. We provide customers with the necessary documentation according to relevant compliance requirements. We also accept all reasonable testing requirements from customers.
  • 5.3 Can you help with the registration of products for certain countries?
    For customers with product registration requirements for imported products, we offer assistance with the registration process. The supporting manufacturers or exporters for registration will be handled by our domestic partners Chengdu Sunlite Technology Co., Ltd and Chengdu Golden Raven Technology Co., Ltd. This includes the creation of relevant documents, product inspection, notarization of documents, and obtaining the necessary embassy or The Hague certification.
  • 6.1 Can exclusive authorization be offered?
    Our products from Kelewell are mainly chemicals and not consumer end products. Based on our corporate vision aiming to share Earth's resources with the entire humanity, we do not provide exclusive authorizations to companies.
  • 6.2 Can an annual framework cooperation agreement be offered?
    For companies with recurring procurement needs, we can collaboratively create an annual framework agreement to ensure the stability and longevity of the customer's supply chain.
  • 6.3 Are there more open possibilities for deeper cooperation?
    Currently, we are exploring opportunities to share warehouses, technology transfers, and back-to-back business relationships with local customers. At the same time, we welcome local investments and the participation of businesses and individuals. However, all such arrangements must be based on a legal, regulated, and trustworthy foundation.
