DELIVERY
1. Delivery times
The delivery time varies depending on the type of product, market factors, and product-specific regulations. Non-stock items are produced upon order, and delivery is typically within ten working days. Specific regulations and estimated delivery times can be requested via email.
2. Shipping options
We offer air freight for samples and sea/land freight for bulk purchases. Samples are primarily shipped by plane, while bulk purchases are transported by sea or land.
3. Delivery costs
The transport costs depend on the Incoterm. Incoterm-EXW means that the seller bears all costs. FCA and FOB include transportation costs from the factory to the warehouse or port. CFR and CIF additionally include port or insurance costs. For DDU/DDP, Kelewell bears all costs from the factory to the final unloading point.
4. Tracking of orders
For airfreight of samples, Kelewell provides a third-party air waybill. Sea freight tracking is done by entering the bill of lading number on the third-party's website.
5. Terms of delivery
Quality is monitored by an inspection organization. In case of packaging damage that does not affect the product, a replacement packaging is provided. Quality issues are resolved through negotiations with the customer and may involve compensation and return measures.
